Now I see fire, inside the mountain
I see fire, burning the trees
And I see fire, hallowing souls
And I see fire blood in the breeze
and I hope you remember me

The NightWings had such a sucky life. All the trauma living on the island and experiencing what they've experienced. Dang. 
Also I feel really bad for Starflight and when I first read The Dark Secret I was so shocked by everything.
